The food was good but I arrived on time ( 30 minutes after my order was accepted, and the amount of time I was told my order would take) and I had to wait another 15 minutes. If I had ordered my food in the restaurant and told to wait 45 minutes, I would have likely cancelled my order and left. I was reluctant to prepay my online order. As it turned out, with good cause.

Once you have placed an online order and it has been accepted there is no way to cancel it if your plans change. I sat on redial for at least 30 minutes before someone answered the phone.

There was a problem ordering online and I had to call the restaurant to find out if I could place the order. The guy on the phone was very hard to understand and I did not know until 10 minutes later that my order had been confirmed for deliver in 40 minutes. Well it took over 2 hours to get my order!! I called after an hour and the same man said it was on its way....I said I would wait 15 more minutes then I wanted to cancel and get a full refund if it was not delivered by then. The man said it would be. The deadline passed and I tried to call again but they did not answer the phone and I could not reach them to cancel the order. Now it had been 1 hour and 40 minutes. 25 minutes later the food arrived by delivery and it was cold. I was so hungry by then I heated it up and ate it...and checked my bank statement and the food had already been charged to my account. I told the delivery man that I was not happy with his employer, that the food was very late....and that I would not be ordering from Bamboo Inn again. So I hope this review helps others who might be thinking about ordering from there to think twice. The customer service was awful, the food only ok and of course cold, and the restaurant did not even try to keep me posted about the delay nor make any reparations or apology for the bad service and inconvenience they caused.

The food was delivered hot and all the dishes were flavourful. It was really nice to taste fresh vegetables in the dishes. Would recommend to all.
