I have been a long time customer. Not sure why my order said sprig roll I didn’t order it. And I didn’t have my sweet and sour pork.
The part of the meal we did get was offal. The almonds chicken was hard and cold the whole meal was cold. Worst time I ever order from bamboo. It has always been a decent place to order. But this was really bad tonight. When I called to say what happened you were more concerned about loosing the cost of one spring roll. To replace what I was missing my sweet and sour. Then loosing a customer. We won’t be back. After coming for over 40 years ordering from bamboo Comox

Food good as always. My delivered order was missing 1 of 2 War Wonton soups, which I had paid for online via credit card. Phone call to restaurant was passed to manager… he could not adjust charges or offer credit, apparently I need to go in person to deal with. I had said I would come this afternoon but was not able.
Can you offer a refund of one order of War Wonton soups or credit?
