We REALLY enjoyed our take out luncheon from the Bamboo Inn. The veggies were cooked to perfection. There was generous quantities and lots of meat. It was a pleasure and very tasty. Compared to another take-out (from East Kitchen 👎)….there was NO comparison… Bamboo Inn gets 👍👍

The rice was terrific, the pork great, but oh my the Almond Chicken was off the chart.

Order was filled properly...very disappointed that credit card wasn't accepted on machine. Had to pay service fee at the machine at gas station for cash. Won't be ordering pickup again any time soon. Hope the service improves...also would have like chopsticks but with all the rigmarole of getting cash, forgot to ask and they weren't offered...

My order was on time when I got there to pick up. Food was flavourful and just what the pictures had suggested in the menu online.

Online ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was on time. But I found the chicken in the chop suey a bit chewy. Everything else was good.

Food was excellent; delivery sloppy with soup spilled in the bag.
Apparently the restaurant is now charging for delivery of orders over 5 km but this is not communicated on the website, instead they advise that delivery is possible on orders over $35. I have no issue with a surcharge; however, we did not appreciate being told about this at the door.
I did call the restaurant and was told that their site was unable to compute delivery distance and any charges are supposed to be communicated to the customer by phone.
We have ordered regularly from our location and this was news to us.
Extra charges for delivery and tips should be made upfront as they add an extra $10 at least to the order.
